Position: Principal - Full-Time - 2027-28 School Year

St. Anne Unit District is in search of the next great leader of St. Anne Community High School! The Principal’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the community. The selected candidate will be charged with living a mission and vision focused on results, leading and managing systems of change, and improving teaching and learning. Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement
- Previous experience in administrative position (preferred)
- Master’s degree in education (minimum)
- Successful completion of PERA training (teacher training required; principal training preferred)
- Multiple years of successful teaching experience
- Knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices and systemic processes
- Experience and/or understanding of working in a diverse community
- Ability to use technology for data analysis and communication
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
